Highline Sentinel™ Design Process

Every Property Begins As A Digital Model.

Sentinel is not adapted to a property after the fact. It is designed around the architecture, terrain, wildfire exposure, water availability, power resilience, and aesthetic requirements of each site.

Using LiDAR, drone mapping, 3D documentation, and digital design modeling, Highline Sentinel creates a property-specific protection strategy before installation begins.

The Sentinel Process

01 Assessment

We evaluate wildfire exposure, structure layout, terrain, water sources, power reliability, access, and protection goals.

02 Digital Capture

The property is documented using advanced scanning, drone mapping, LiDAR, photography, and field measurements.

03 3D Modeling

A digital model helps guide protection node placement, routing, system layout, and architectural integration.

04 Protection Design

Deployment areas and protection nodes are designed around real exposure points, not generic sprinkler layouts.

05 Infrastructure Planning

Water, pumping, power, controls, monitoring, and service access are planned behind the system.

06 Deployment

The Sentinel system is installed, commissioned, tested, documented, and prepared for long-term support.

Designed To Disappear.

A wildfire protection system should not compromise the property it is designed to protect. Sentinel uses digital design to evaluate how protection nodes, piping, controls, and supporting infrastructure can be integrated with minimal visual impact.

The goal is simple: deliver serious wildfire protection while respecting the architecture, materials, views, landscaping, and overall feel of the property.

What We Study

  • Structure exposure and ignition vulnerabilities
  • Rooflines, eaves, decks, and architectural risk points
  • Vegetation, slope, wind exposure, and defensible space
  • Existing water sources and reserve storage opportunities
  • Backup power and critical-load requirements
  • Protection node placement and visual impact
  • Access for installation, testing, service, and maintenance

Start With A Sentinel Assessment

Every Sentinel design begins with the property. Schedule an assessment to evaluate protection opportunities, aesthetic integration, and system feasibility.
